The Thornton Distilling Co. offers free parking in the rear of the building. There are also limited spots available in the front and designated parking on side streets. We kindly ask our guests to park in the rear lot designated for Thornton Distilling Co. or use the designated parking lot for the Thorn Creek Senior Living facility.

The dress code for the ceremony is formal to semi-formal. For the reception, cocktail attire is allowed.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors. However, the reception venue has an outdoor patio that guests are welcome to enjoy.

How can I RSVP to the wedding ceremony and reception?

Please RSVP through our wedding website by selecting the RSVP tab and entering your name to locate your invitation. You may also RSVP by scanning the QR code provided on your wedding invitation.

Are there any available hotels near by?

Please see a list of hotels below that are in the area here: https://www.elleandtravissayido.com/us/travis-stirling-and-elle-richards-jul-2025/travel

Is there transportation provided?

Guests are responsible for their own transportation. Uber and Lyft are available in the area. A shuttle bus from the hotel to the ceremony will be provided for the wedding party only.

Will there be assigned seating?

Assigned seats are totally not our style, so feel free to choose a spot that suits you best or meet us on the dance floor! Please note that our wedding reception will have a mix of seating options—half of the space will have traditional seating, while the other half will feature cocktail tables for a more relaxed, mingling atmosphere. If you have specific seating needs, please let us know in advance!

What kind of food will be served? Are there gluten free options?

During the cocktail hour, we’ll have two signature cocktails, beer, and of course wine. Appetizers will include passed Meatballs, Vegetable Arancini(GF), and Chicken Pincho(GF) with Citrus Mojo dipping sauce. For dinner, there will be dinner stations serving Prime Rib Roast(GF), Turkey(GF), and Pork Roast(GF). Sides include Parmesan Mushroom Risotto(GF) and Roasted Vegetable Medley(GF). We want to be conscious of our friends and family that have a gluten allergy, the chef ensures us that the only thing that has gluten in it is the meatball appetizer.

Can I bring a plus-one?

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Unfortunately, we’re keeping our guest list intimate and aren’t able to accommodate plus-ones. We hope you understand and can’t wait to see you!

Are kids invited?

While we love children and look forward to having our own someday, we kindly ask that children attend the ceremony only. The reception will be an adults-only event. Thank you for understanding!
